Before you visit

  • Pancakes take 20–30 minutesWe cook each one to order, so please allow a little time.
  • Table timeBook by the day before: 2 hours (Kashihara) or 90 minutes (Kitahorie). Same-day bookings and walk-ins: 1 hour. If it isn't busy, stay as long as you like.
  • Walk-ins welcomeBooking ahead is the surest way to get a table. Our online booking is available in English.
  • English menu at both shopsEvery item on our in-store menu is written in English, too.
  • Prices include taxNo tipping needed.
  • Non-smokingBoth shops are fully non-smoking, including the terrace.
  • Dogs on the terrace onlyPets are welcome at our terrace tables, not indoors.

We use one shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee any dish is free from allergens. We are unable to prepare special allergy-free orders.

We do not use pork. We are not halal-certified. We have no vegan options.

FAQ

Questions

Do I need a reservation?

No, walk-ins are welcome. Booking by the day before is the surest way to get a table, and gives you a longer table time. Use the “Book online” button for each shop — the booking page is available in English.

Can I pay by card or QR code?

Yes. Both shops take major credit cards, UnionPay, IC transit cards and PayPay. Alipay and WeChat Pay are accepted at Kashihara only.

Is there parking?

Kashihara has free parking for 21 cars. Kitahorie has no parking; please use a nearby paid parking lot.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, at our terrace tables at both shops. Pets are not allowed indoors. Terrace seats are limited, and may close in bad weather.

Can I take food away?

Yes. Pansando and cakes are available to go. Please eat them the same day.
